Hi! My name is Andie and I'm a certified fabricholic. I love making bows and the occasional dresses, inspired by my love of all things vintage. I started sewing when I was 10, first by hand - remaking my clothes and altering them. I got my first sewing machine when I was 14 and haven't stopped sewing since then.
My first ever venture into selling handmade clothes was a line of upcycled dresses and accessories under the now defunct Multiply platform. It was called The Pinup Girl Store where I had renewed my love for all things studded with bows and retro prints!
I stopped for a bit when I gave birth in 2013 and after spending so much on baby accessories (Etsy and international fees are a bit too much haha), I've decided to start making my own with my little Anya as my model.
Biscuits Kids started in 2014 in a small corner of our one bedroom apartment, right in the middle of Pasig City, Philippines. Armed with my trusty sewing machine and a few yards of fabric, we fashioned out turbands and beanies for my then one-year old daughter, Anya and my two older boys, Kian and Hayden. We did a few more and sold them at a local arts and crafts fair and posted a few on Instagram and luckily got noticed by fun-loving, fashionable mommies and daddies.
It's been 6 years since we've started and I've been loving every bit of the process. From choosing fabrics, to ironing each piece, and down to the tiniest bit of detail when wrapping up orders.
We truly can't thank you enough for your support 💖
Love and light to everyone in these trying times!
